Concentration meditation follows leading, in time, to the deeper realms of spiritual contemplation. But then, there are free flow occasions for simply writing expressively in your Journal. Action service may follow from meditative insights or the identification of issues to be resolved. Service may take the form of a special healing meditation practice. An eight week learning process or course allows for adapting the process to your own disposition and reinforcing meditation as part of your way of life.
