My goal of sharing this book and this story is to show you what happens in the “transformation” part of the “before and after” story as authentically to myself as possible, because that’s what it’s all really about, isn’t it? Being you, becoming you?

That’s what all these self-help books are saying, anyways.

I hope that by sharing my journey of becoming more aware and shifting my mindset and perspective on life, it will help you take a look at yourself and be inspired to do the same.

I share things I wish I knew along the way and challenges I experienced....

The good, bad, and ugly (a.k.a. questioning my own sanity).

I also include personal 100 percent raw “diary entries” that are an emotional ride, that’s for sure.
