This recording is designed to help you to begin to reprogramme your mind to react in an appropriate way when you visit the dentist. Nobody looks forward to going to the dentist! Darren Marks is quick to point out that his goal is not to make listeners suddenly start clamoring for root canals, but rather to be able to learn how to relax while reclining in the dentist's chair. Marks stresses the importance of normal breathing and keeping a neutral mind in order to make the dental experience more efficient and less tense. With a calming tone and a gently murmuring soundtrack of ambient noise, Marks utilizes dual delivery hypnotherapy to repurpose negative connotations of the dentist, guaranteeing a more carefree experience.
