The Georgia Association for Women Lawyers (GAWL) proudly supports women lawyers and their interests. For nearly a century, GAWL has championed advocacy for women in the legal profession, promoting equity, diversity, and opportunity. As the oldest statewide bar organization in Georgia for women, GAWL is dedicated to fostering professional development, offering mentorship, and creating a platform for women to connect and thrive. With national affiliations, GAWL has been instrumental in advancing the welfare of women lawyers through impactful programs and initiatives. Now, through this groundbreaking book collaboration, GAWL continues to expand its reach beyond Georgia, creating an invaluable resource for women in the profession. This first of its kind work, for women lawyers, by women lawyers, has further cemented GAWL’s legacy as THE PREMIER women lawyers’ association!
This monumental project was commissioned by GAWL 2024-25 President Ebony Phillips and led by Attorney and Intuitive Business Coach Lynita Mitchell-Blackwell and Attorney Angel Riley.
