このコンテンツについて
Shedding relationships with others doesn’t necessarily mean you never see them again. It can mean that the current version of the relationship just requires a renovation. Many friendships, families, partnerships, and marriages go through emotional bushfires only to welcome the new growth that results because of their love, emotional tenacity, integrity, and heart-work. Relationship renovations throughout life are required more for some and less for others. If trauma, addiction, self-gaslighting, unresolved grief, violence, divorce, dealing with haters, body shame or fractured family relationships impact your daily life, an emotional upgrade might be overdue.
My experience in the emotional recovery sector is not just drawn from my own life. I have worked with and learned from, thousands of people since 1995 through my Emotional Fitness workshops and one-on-one in client sessions. I’ve observed that the most emotionally challenging component of emotional growth is the inevitable shedding of relationships, with past versions of ourselves and with others.
So, if you feel that you’d like to hold on to more love, let go of more fear and dare to grow just a little more, please know that I wrote this handbook just for you. Lots and lots of love from my heart to yours.
