Dr. Megan Russo has a a secret, a secret no one can know. She is in love with a man she can not have. Megan is in love with one of her patients. Living a solitary life in the Idaho countryside, Lenny Harris, watched his wife Vicky, die from the ravages of breast cancer a few years earlier.
