このコンテンツについて

Sleep is a set of states of mind. It is an integral part of your life and not an isolated part of it. Insomnia describes the condition in which you cannot reach or cannot stabilize yourself in these states. Insomnia, in general, as well as other sleep dysfunctions are the result of your inability to support your mind's natural states, transitions, and functions. These problems do not have medical, mechanical, or chemical solutions.

The Path to Sleep consists of 13 chapters and 24 guided visualizations that you can listen to that work to retrain your thoughts, images, rhythms, and frequencies. No other resource presents this material.

These ideas are not simply different perspectives; they are different realities. You become a different person in these different states. Many people - especially those with sleep dysfunctions - do not, are rarely, or cannot even imagine being someone other than who they are. This makes the work in this audiobook especially difficult or confusing for the very people who need this work the most.

If you find yourself becoming lost or confused, that's exactly where you should be! Let the material unfold without your guidance and control. Learn to let go. This is a prerequisite for allowing your identity to dissolve, which is what sleep essentially is a form of metamorphosis you cannot control.

The Path to Sleep presumes no knowledge and does not require you to understand or remember any of the information it presents. It uses hypnotic sessions to improve your sleep by reforming your thinking, leading you to become less controlling and more flexible. As your abilities improve, so will your sleep.
