あらすじ・解説

Like most people, I was born into a meat-eating family. Our daily meals consisted of meat and dairy. What I thought was a lot of healthy fresh foods like dairy products, eggs, meat, etc., were consumed. Though naturally, I love animals. After studying the vegan diet when I was 14, I decided to change my life and have been vegan ever since.

This book will talk about the benefits of a plant-based diet and how to start a plant-based diet. It also talks about the differences between vegans, vegetarians, and pescatarians. There are also many recipes in the book for a plant-based diet. The book shows how much of a negative impact it has on the world and your body.
