I would recommend this book for people who are craving to see change in their everyday life and habits!
For others, I think this book is just interesting collections of unusual habits of people or group of people and what triggers them!
There are more examples than ideas, this way it might be easy to comprehend this book maybe:)
However, end part of the book is really the most important part as it reveals the secret to change a certain disliked habit!
