As an e-commerce store owner who is not getting the sales they want, lots of doubts cross your mind. Is it my website or the traffic? You start to second guess if you chose the right products to sell. Are your photos good enough, and did I set the right pricing? You test the shopping cart to ensure your payment gateway is setup properly. Before you know it, you have spent hundreds of dollars on ads. Your store is a bucket that you are filling with potential customers, but it is leaking badly, and they are all leaving. You start wondering if you just wasted the last three months on a dream that will not become a reality. I've been there. It's excruciating. I can help you fix that.

Why won't your expensive traffic convert? What is wrong with your site, your ads, your load times? Did I optimize my shopping cart? You can kill yourself by going in circles like I did after my first store launched. The answer, pretty much always, comes down to the psychology of your customer. Do they trust your site is not a scam? Will they believe that you will ship the product to them. How do they know you are pricing it fairly? Do they know where you are located? How many products have you sold like the one they are interested in? What about refunds, warranty, shipping time? Do you have a real store front, or showroom? Employees?

What they really need more than almost anything else is a sense of trust and social proof. There are many ways to demonstrate social activity on your website. But you also need to build confidence in your brand. Customers are not just buying your products, they are really investors in your brand.
