For the infamous interview question, “what’s your biggest weakness?”, a quick Google search will reveal thousands of people seeking advice on how to rephrase tardiness, in an attempt to rebrand it into a strength. What if instead of lexical gymnastics to dress tardiness up in a deceptive outfit, the goal was simply to accept that it was a weakness and learn how to develop its opposite: punctuality? What if the goal was to learn from someone who is never rushing out a door with an unbuttoned shirt and a toothbrush in his mouth, but embraces waiting rooms and a stable heart rate, never letting people down…
