06: FINDING MY PURPOSE AFTER BURNOUT

  • Thanks for diving into the void with me, Nikki Vergakes, your queer and neurodivergent astrologer, hypnotherapist, and business, life coach and content mentor. I hope you found lots of meaning and color in this liminal space!


    In this episode, I share my journey of healing my burnout and finding my purpose through it. I share the symptoms to watch of burnout, my definition of the term, how burnout can occur, and how to heal your burnout.


    I outline the steps:

    1. Acceptance

    2. Tune into your body's clues and energy signals to give yourself what you need

    3. Do things for NO REASON, and just for pleasure

    4. Experiment, do things to see if they work, drop if they don't, don't get attached to a new identity or routine just yet

    5. Co-regulate with other humans

    6. Find your true identity, goals and values. Who are you really?

    7. Create a new routine/flow that is aligned and that won't burn you out


    I share my journey over the past MANY years, and give some revealing examples. I've had a VERY long, drawn-out relationship with burnout and I'd love if my experience can give you some insight and shorten yours!!
