  • In this episode, Shaun and I are joined by Tom Morley.Tom was the original drummer and a founding member of Scritti Politti, the 80s band who were pioneers of DIY music before appearing successfully on the dance scene. Through his musical career, he has recorded with the likes of David Bowie, Madness, and many others.Fascinated by the creative process, he is passionate about sharing what he’s learned about art, rhythm and harmony over the past 65 years. From playing kit drums with Scritti Politti in his 20’s, song writing in his 30’s, to studying psychology and facilitation in his 40’s.He went on to found Instant Teamwork – the company where he aims to deliver sustainable team bonding and building through a unique combination of humour, music, and harmony synthesized from his years of diverse experiences.
