  • In this episode, Shaun and I are joined by Adam Kellerman.Adam is a big believer and advocate for the transformative power of movement. He was very active as a kid until the age of thirteen, when he was diagnosed with bone cancer in his right hip. In total, he spent around three years in and out of hospital. Despite enduring chemotherapy and over twenty surgeries, his right hip had to be removed.The realisation of not being able to move the way he used to hit him hard. He endured serious depression and felt isolated from his peers. At the age of sixteen, he took up wheelchair tennis. He represented Australia numerous times on the world stage, including at two summer Paralympics. He was ranked Australia’s #1 Wheelchair tennis champion and #8 in the world before retiring.Outside of his athletic accomplishments, he has also embarked on a deep journey of self-reflection. He conquered the Kokoda Track, a gruelling trek of more than 140 km’s, on foot.
