  • In this episode, Evan and Shane chat to Mike Keane about how he started skating in Swords, Dublin in 1986 and the journey that got him to opening up 3 of his own indoor skateparks.

Besides being a professional skateboarder in the 90s, Mike is also an entrepreneur who opened up 3 of his own Indoor Skateparks: Pipeline 2 (1993), Ramp'n'Rail (late 90s-2005) and Skatepark of Dublin (SofD) (2010 -2014). He built these skateparks with his carpentry skills and also helped build the majority of the indoor skateparks in Ireland, so to say that he paved the way for what Irish skateboarding is today is an understatement.
