For those of you who are like me, I KNOW you have been waiting for this part of our thyroid series - today we are talking all about NUTRITION and what kinds of foods we should be eating on a daily basis to help heal and support our thyroids. In today’s episode, I share why I think INCLUDING certain foods in our diet is way more beneficial than AVOIDING others. We talk about some of the sure signs that you might be eating either too few or too many calories each day, and why almost all of us have a bad habit of eating too little protein each day as well. Lastly comes my favorite part, which is when I get to share with you all some of the most important micronutrients that we should all be incorporating into our meals and routines that can really make a big impact on the health of our thyroids and bodies as a whole.
