After hitting rock bottom in 2018 I committed to meditating daily and after a few weeks everything in my life began to shift. Soon after I knew I wanted to share videos online and help other people but I felt stuck. I was deep in my “hermit phase” after spiritual awakening. Following months of procrastinating I finally took the leap and started posting content. Since then my life has gotten so much better - I learned when you put out value it comes back to you in unexpected ways. Now I have a 1:1 coaching process where I help people put themselves out there and go for their passions.
