180: New Organizational Development Team

  • Over the last couple of years, the strategy and process improvement team has expanded to include operations, data analytics, and event planning.  With the recent addition of Talent Development and a new focus on change management, the team took a step back to take a holistic view of their strengths and services they provide to the College. 

    The team found that the term Organizational Development more appropriately defined the new structure and purpose.  With this new structure, the team decided to create a mission statement that reads, “Organizational Development serves campuses and the college with a creative and collaborative spirit. We leverage data and a willingness to adapt in areas of planning, talent development, facilitation, and coaching to produce analytical and effective outcomes with meaning.”
