It’s tempting to beat yourself up for not making progress, but self-criticism can be really paralysing, because in most cases - no one can be harder on you… than you!
So, in this week's episode, I’m getting into preparation mode for reviewing progress through 2024 because before we know it, 2025 will be on us. I share with you, how to put your reflective curiosity into play, so you can complete an honest review about the success or not of your 2024 goals.
We have to do this, if we are serious about making measurable progress, so there is no time like the present, to get ourselves ready for that review.
