Casey is the owner of Lighthouse Yoga in North Andover, MA, a new mama to her newly born son, and teacher of yoga.

In this conversation we dive into the parallel similarities between teaching a yoga class/teaching students in a yoga certification program and teaching youth in an educational school setting.
