Words from Cory: Currently I am a design consultant for West Shore Home, the largest family owned and operated home remodeling company in the nation operating in 21 states and 41 locations nationwide. I have flipped 2 properties in the past with the last one, which will be the big topic on the podcast, temporarily taking me out of the REI game to focus on paying down my PML and other debts occurred. It was a major financial set back but the experience led me to a successful and fruitful sales career that is allowing me to recover and pay off 160k in debt in just 2 years.
