  • Chipotle Worker in Maine Speaks Out About Employer Retaliation

    In this episode we speak to Brandi Mcnease, an organizer who is currently facing retaliation from her employer Chipotle, located in Augusta, Maine. To avoid a union election the company has closed down the restaurant, an action which the NLRB has ruled is a violation of the NLRA.

    Vince gives us details about why Home Depot workers started organizing and how they ended up moving to form their own store-specific union. We also talk about how Home Depot has responded by hiring a notorious union busting law firm and address some of the anti-union propaganda they have disseminated.
