Our sister Lacey is back with her update on her consistent practice of breathwork and cold exposure and shares her excitement and joy she's found in such a short time! Her 30 day challenge is basically pointless at the half way point since she's ready to make it a regular practice in her life for happy, healthy, and better lifestyle!
