    Physical Education Teacher & Coach- Neil Keenan This weeks guest: Neil Keenan is a 1992 graduate of Davis and Elkins College. He began his teaching career as an education intern at Harlem Park in West Baltimore, where he taught middle school History and English for one year. For the past 30 years, he has been teaching and coaching at St. Paul’s School in Baltimore. Initially, he served as a co-teacher in pre-first grade for three years, and since then, he has been the lower school PE teacher. For the last 12 years, he has also been the lower school PE Coordinator. Neil has coached a variety of sports at St. Paul’s, including middle school, Freshman/Sophomore, JV, and Varsity football, basketball, and lacrosse. Since 2008, he has been a part of the Varsity football staff and was recently named Head Coach. Throughout his tenure at St. Paul’s, Neil has been involved in two Freshman/Sophomore, one JV, and seven Varsity MIAA championship programs. In addition to teaching and coaching, he has mentored numerous young people pursuing careers in athletics. This spring, he was honored as the first-ever alumni recipient of the St. Paul’s School Alumni Award. This podcast is a part of Athletic Career Consulting (www.athcareer.com).     Senior Principal & Architect for Saski's Sports Division- Chris Sgarzi This weeks guest: Chris Sgarzi holds bachelor's and master's degrees in architecture from Tulane University and studied at the Architectural Association in London. He gained recognition for his expertise in programming, planning, and designing sports, recreation, and student life facilities across the Northeast. In 2004, he founded Sgarzi Associates, which was later acquired by the global architectural firm Sasaki in 2011. Upon joining Sasaki, he assumed the role of senior principal, overseeing the sports and recreation division. During his tenure at Sasaki, he has contributed to numerous master plans, including those for Cal Berkeley, University of Texas, and Syracuse, as well as to construction projects such as the Boston College Hoag Pavilion, RPI Houston Fieldhouse Multi-Purpose Arena, and Loyola Maryland Ridley Athletic Complex.     This week's guest: Connor Siskovic is originally from North Royalton Ohio, a graduate of Ohio State University and later getting his MBA from the Whitman School of Management. Connor started his career as an intern for Learfield at Ohio State. After Ohio State he went on to be sales representative at the Cleveland Browns followed by a stint at Syracuse where he went from a ticket sales representative to director of ticket sales . After Syracuse he became general manager of ticket sales at Vanderbilt and currently is the director of sales for the NHL Pittsburgh Penguins.     This week's guest: Hal Luther is a man on a mission to help elite athletes get to peak performance but also to inspire them to go beyond what they think they can do. A graduate of Springfield College and the University of Wisconsin-Lacrosse graduate school. He went on to be NSCA certified strength coach. After he completed his education he spent time working at North Carolina State and then Syracuse. In 2013 he made a transition to the NFL working with the Buffalo Bills. His resume includes being a part of programs that won the Micron PC Bowl, Insight Bowl, Pinstripe Bowl, two NCAA DI lacrosse national championship, as well as four AFC East Championships. He started his career in athletic venue and facilty operations as a laborer and then student operations staff member at the Carrier Dome as well as lead Cuse Crew member. Since then, he has propelled his career across the country having roles in the Fargo Dome, CFE Arena at UCF, Atlanta State Farm Arena, Vegas Allegiant Stadium and now he has been selected as the inaugural director of operations for the Clippers Intuit Dome.     This week's guest: An all around professional in soccer spanning an amazing career as an athlete and coach. A native of Great Britain she traveled to the United States to both play for and get her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University. She would later get her master’s from Concordia University Irvine in Coaching & Athletic Administration. As an athlete she played for Arsenal Football Club, the English National Team, team Great Britten, University of Indiana, the Boston Breakers and Orange County Waves winning 2 WPSL National Championship with two different team. As a coach she served as an assistant coach at Monmouth, Syracuse, Penn State and an associate head coach at Boston University.     This Week's Guest:

    A native of Houston, this guest graduated from Syracuse University with both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree. He played football at Syracuse and with the NFL’s Carolina Panthers. He began his administrative career in college athletics through roles in academic and student support. At Syracuse, he served as an Academic Graduate Assistant, eventually rising to positions such as Academic Coordinator, Assistant Director, and Associate Director, before being promoted to Director of Academic Services. He is a member of N4A and serves on the board of the NBA/NCAA Continuing Education Pilot, as well as on the Advisory Board of Directors for the Center for Sports Management Research and Education.

    Previously, he held the position of Senior Associate Athletics Director for Administration and Student-Athlete Experience at Texas A&M, where he oversaw the Center for Student-Athlete Services, the Lettermen’s Association, the Equipment Room, and initiatives related to NIL. He is also the sport administrator for cross country. Recently, he was named Deputy Athletic Director and Chief Operating Officer at Tulsa.
