55: Are you maintaining stress or reducing it?

  • This episode basically poured out of me, I am deep in the mystery school of alchemy this past year! The title of this episode is one I hope you'll ask yourself regularly because we can be our worst enemy at times and also because every change starts with us!

    This is powerful and freeing - you can change your life and create a life you love.

    In this episode I discuss three simple 'check in' questions to ask yourself, all of them are intended to be rated on a scale of 1 to 10, (1 being least important/terrible and 10 being amazing/completely a priority):

    .1 When you wake up, how excited are you about your day ahead?

    .2 What priority do you make your self-care/self regulation?

    .3 What priority do you make your hopes and dreams?

    If your answers reflect to you that you need to make some changes - there are four areas where you can look in your life to make some improvements:

    1. meditation/mindfulness

    2. exercise/body movement

    3. Rest

    4. Structures within your life (how you delegate, get help/share the load, organize your time, automate, etc)
