あらすじ・解説
In this episode we dive into the art of dealing with life's unforeseen challenges.
I share my latest personal process rooted in my profound connection to trees and my distress in response to my landlord’s plans to remove all the trees in our backyard.
This experience becomes a gateway to a broader conversation about life's unpredictability and how seemingly adverse situations can be leading you to what you need in ways you can’t foresee.
Inspired by the Zen farmer parable, I reflect on the importance of embracing change, trusting in a greater unfolding and flow of life, and maintaining equanimity during difficult times.
We need this now more than ever as we collectively face the distressing continuing genocide of Palestinians and the oppressive forces against the recent student protests.
Other episodes I mention are:
#54 - Have faith things will work out (even at the 11th hour!)
#10 - Dealing with sudden changes to work and life
#32 - Handling uncertainty and liminal space with more ease and less stress
