Placing his highest ranking of 3rd in 2020 JF continued on his tremendous performance to recently take the 2nd place at the Worlds Ultimate Strongman Strength Island competition in Bahrain. Along with his busy training schedule, JF also owns gym Santé X-Trem, in Notre-Dame-des-Laurentides. For those who choose to compete in Canada, you've likely been in one of JF's many shows, he is well known for the organisation of top level comp all over the country.
