Do you feel people don’t recognise you as the professional you are because your title says Assistant? How do you feel about being asked to get coffee or pick up dry-cleaning etc.? Do you feel that sits in the remit of a role of an Assistant? This is the article that got people in a heated debate over admin titles: https://www.latimes.com/business/story/2023-03-03/assistants-remote-work-new-job-titles-expanded-roles It was Maggie Olsen who I was trying to remember who the Chief of Staff trainer is: https://www.novachiefofstaff.com/ Did you know there are over 160 admin titles according to the The World Administrators Alliance (WAA) Global Skills Matrix?
