  • Following the example set by her mother, Felecia Foster has always dedicated time to community service. Pivoting from her 14 year career in finance to a career in community outreach, Felecia was inspired to dedicate herself, with fierce intention, to the success of women in her community. Felecia is CEO and founder of the Community Inspired Alliance for Women, a non profit organization that champions the aspirations and potential of women of all ages, races, denominations, and economic levels. The Inspire Her girls program is one pillar of this organization and it focuses on bringing education and support to young girls to help them navigate school, relationships, personal safety, social media, and long term lifestyle and career goals. Felecia was recently named a Black Future Maker by AT& T's Dream in Black program.
