They only used you, took advantage of you and discarded you like a piece of trash. It’s one of the most painful moments to go through. You didn’t deserve it or chose it. It’s a choice that they made, that they will have to live with it forever. They can’t take it back, You will eventually heal, while their guilt will start to show. They were never your friends, they just wanted to destroy you. When you even up and had the courage to walk away, it didn’t destroy you. It might have destroyed you in the moment, but eventually it destroyed them. All my friends in the corner of the ones who lost a real and good individual. They will have to live with that loss.
