Hey, it's Ana here from Entrepreneurs in Flow. In this episode, I am delighted to interview the founder of Thurrock Tuition, Exam Success Tuition, Lady Sholz Digital Place and Raising Successful Children with Shola Alabi.

Shola Alabi is a multi-talented entrepreneur and I have known her for over 18 years as an exceptional Education Expert, Digital Business Owner & Mentor she is busy helping everyday people start successful online businesses & help parents raise successful children.

In this interview, Shola talks openly and humbly about her first business as a franchise director for Kip McGrath education centres. She talks about the business start-up concerns, the challenges, the path she took, and the mistakes she made. Having an initial franchise structure meant she got a great deal of support and advice. She talks about raising finance, the challenges of bringing up a young family with children and how being an entrepreneur meant she had the freedom and flexibility to work hard to earn a great income but on her own terms.

Shola recognised the key areas of growth and key learnings are from the deeper challenges and adopting a growth mindset and asking for help is the path to entrepreneurial success.

She talks about the tips and advice she would give other entrepreneurs entering the education and digital industry.
