This episode I give an update on my mental and physical health. I give advice about all the goals you might have and staying on track with them and talk about journaling and how it's helped me. I talk about all the things I have been trying to do and the struggles I've had maintaining friendships through it.

Beginning of Season 2! I describe the change of pace of this podcast and how it will be more focused on mental health than anything. I set expectations for the following season and I am very happy that you are riding along with me on this journey :)

This podcast I talk about friendship and I talk about consistency and how to get yourself out of a rut. I also talk about how you need to go against the grain in order to really shine as the person you want to be. 

First I start the podcast by talking about hygiene and how important that is. Then after a few minutes I go into some real sh*t. I talk about friends and question who will be my friend in 5 years. I talk about meditation and talking to someone who I haven't seen in a long time and how whatever you put out into the universe will be real for you.

On this episode I talk about the upcoming Nxworries album as well as how Westside Boogie is very underrated and should be way bigger than he actually is. I then go into how damn annoying my damn cat is, as well as giving advice on moving out the house and becoming more productive.

On this episode I talk a little bit about Future and about the future. I talk about wanting to travel the world and writing about the places I go to. I also talk about how necessary sympathy is; you NEED sympathy. But, along with it we also have a realization that you really can't avoid selfishness; you NEED selfishness to survive in this world.

In this episode I start with how weird old ladies are. Towards the end I talk a bit about Christmas and family, and go into how weird my life has been leading up to this point.
