Hannah Camden has been in the fitness industry for 18 years. In that time, she's learned a thing or two about getting people results.
In this episode we talk female strength training and why lifting weights won't make you "bulky". We look at finding what works for you and why there is a style of training out there for everyone. We reminisce on trips to the mountains and the coast, and talk about the joys that can be found in nature.
Hannah also show immense bravery in speaking with completely openess and honesty about her own struggles with mental health. She talks about her lows and how she's worked to recover. As well as offering advice and support to anyone else who may be fighting their own battles.
