We are back Tippers! How are we coping with stress? Yoga, exercise and meditation are usually the answers for us so maybe give those a try. Where has the time gone? We are already in December so it’s always important to reflect on how you are spending your time and to set goals for the new year. We all need a little bit of structure in our lives and when things don’t seem to be going your way, take a breath, lean on your support system and find a way to move forward!
