Welcome to the Association Use Case Podcast for the Concourse Benefits Platform where we’ll provide a high-level overview on what Industry or Trade Associations can expect when using the Concourse Benefits platform to run their member value-added benefits programs while extending added value to your members all the say down to employees of your member companies.
Imagine the ability to instantly add more value to your members and their employees. First off, you can customize your Concourse Benefits Portal to your Association’s brand, call it whatever you wish to call it and power it by the Concourse Benefits Platform.
At every point, you get to choose what deals and offers are extended to members, and in turn, your members choose what deals and offers are extended to their employees. You can also add your existing deals and offers and continue to add more as time goes on.
It all starts with the ability to select pre-negotiated offers from supplier vendors that are already loaded in the offers marketplace. Choose which ones you’d like to offer and unselect the ones you do not want. As new platform-wide deals get listed, you are notified and have the opportunity to review each new offer and extend it to your members, or hide it.
If you want to implement a Member to Member Deals Marketplace, you can invite member businesses to provide unique deals and offers to other members. At every step, you get to view, control, approve and monitor what is provided to your members.
Once you create your Association Profile, you will have a unique URL that you share with your members, announcing that they now have access to more member benefits through your new benefits portal”. This eliminates the complications and steps with traditional importing of files, spreadsheets, incorrect data etc… and gives your member the privilege to opt into your benefits portal to access new and better benefits.
