    Boom Crash Opera are an Australian pop rock band formed in 1984. Initially based around the songwriting partnership of Peter Farnan and Richard Pleasance and later joined by Dale Ryder, Peter ‘Maz’ Maslen and Greg O’Connor.

    Boom Crash Opera Won Countdown Australian Music Awards1986 “Best Debut Single”, Nominated for 9 ARIA awards between 1987 to 1993, Recording 6 studio albums with “Boom Crash Opera” going Gold and their second album “These Here Are Crazy Times” going Double Platinum. Also releasing 2 Eps, 1 Live album, 6 compilation albums, 1 box set and 20 singles with 15 in the Top 100. Charting hit singles were "Great Wall"(#5), "Hands up in the Air" (#16) (both 1986), “Her Charity” (1987), "Onion Skin" & “Get Out of the House”(1989), “Dancing in the Storm” (1990), "Gimme" (1994) and “Tongue Tied” (1995). In the United States "Onion Skin" reached No. 8 on the Billboard component chart Modern Rock Tracks.

    The album sales are fund raising for the Australian Road Crew Association (ARCA) Welfare Program, a not-for-profit company dedicated to helping ROADIES during hard times and serious illness through their welfare program. Many artists have generously given their permission for the release of the roadies desk tapes of their live performances that make up a diverse collection of some truly unique historical releases.

    Pepper Creek Revival is a collective of renowned Melbourne musicians, Barry Hills, bass, Kelly Auty, vocals, Brian Fraser and Roland Kretschmer, guitars, Nick Carrafa, drums. Playing roots, blues, alt. country, folk and rock.

    The band of legends coming together was a project of Barry Hills, bass player, record label manager, festival producer, founder Melbourne Blues Appreciation Society, booking agent, music producer, who is a Blues Music Victoria Hall Of Fame inductee (2022).

    Brian Fraser, guitarist, singer songwriter, is a multi-award-winning recording artist with over 30 years’ experience in the music industry, in 2006 won Australian Blues “Chain” Awards 2006 Australian Blues Band of the Year for the Brian Fraser Trio and previously Male Artist of the Year Vic/Tas Awards 2003 and Australian Blues Album of the Year Australian Blues Chain Awards 2000, releasing numerous albums and extensive touring.

    Fronting the band is Kelly Auty, singer songwriter and her band won Blues Performer of the Year 2017 and represented Australia at the International Blues Challenge Memphis USA, winning a place in the semi- finals after competing with 240 acts from all over the world. The Kelly Auty Band were awarded the Melbourne Blues Appreciation Society “Band of the Year” in 2018.

    Geoff Achison, guitarist, singer, songwriter, producer. is a multi-award winning veteran of the Australian blues, roots, soul and rock scene from performing and recording 3 albums with Dutch Tilders & the Blues Club Band from 1989 to 1996. Since then he has recorded 15 studio albums, 8 live albums and appeared in 3 compilation albums. A total of 26 albums.

    Geoff Achison was inducted into the Blues Music Victoria “Hall Of Fame” in 2020, and is now the Official patron on the Melbourne Blues Appreciation Society. In 2012 Geoff Achison awarded Melbourne Blues Appreciation Society ‘Male Arist of the Year’, ‘Song of the Year’ and ‘Band of the Year’. In 1995 he won the Melbourne Blues Appreciation Society Challenge and at the International Blues Challenge Memphis USA he won the Albert King Award. He was awarded London-based Jazz FM’s Album of the Month in 1999 for ‘Mystery train’ and in 2007 won ‘Group of the Year’ at the Australian Blues Music “Chain” Awards, also in 2007 won Kweevak Music Magazine’s Reader Choice Award for ‘Little Big Man’. In 2008 rated in Top 10 Hot New Guitarists in ‘Guitar Player Magazine’s readers’’ poll.

    Geoff Achison has performed at many leading festivals such as Echuca Moama Winter Bles, Australian Blues Music Festival, Port Fairy Folk festival, Wangaratta Jazz festival, Sydney Blues Festival, Bendigo Blues & Roots festival, Manly Jazz festival, Thredbo Blues Festival, Sydney Festival and more in Australia and internationally.
