    Barry Karch has been a realtor in El Paso, TX, for over 35 years. He is the broker and owner of a real estate company called The Real Estate Power Houses. Barry and his wife, Tammy, work together. Barry has consistently sold 90-100 homes per year, which puts him in about the top 5% of the industry. He has done this without a team. Just him – and a lot of help from Tammy – and now they have a business partner, Debby Robalin.
