À l’ère de la mondialisation, considérant la numérisation croissante de l’économie, ces directives visent à adapter la fiscalité et à établir une réglementation plus juste. Cependant, pour Gerdy Roose, Tax Partner chez BDO, la solution revêt une complexité rare. À tel point qu’il sera très difficile pour les administrations fiscales nationales réparties à travers le monde de vérifier l’exacte application de ces règles.
