    I’m so excited to kick off the new year with a fresh round of fitness goals and the launch of my brand-new app! In today’s episode, I talk about why I decided to create the app, how it’ll make everything more streamlined, and what you can look forward to as we dive into another fun fitness season. I also share my vision for staying consistent, setting realistic goals, and keeping that spirit of balance front and center. I go over the specifics of my upcoming fitness challenge and run through some of the changes that will be taking place now that the app is live.

The key to holding your balance is by staying active and keeping moving as well as indulging smarter and more responsibly. I share tuns of tips and tricks to keep you stable this Christmas.
