Our flagship podcast, ‘Battlefield Next,’ examines the application of the law to future of armed conflict. ‘Fred Talks,’ presents a more informal look at the history of the JAG Corps in an effort to guide future military legal practitioners.

Located on the campus of the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia, FCD is the subject-matter expert on the application of the law to future conflict. FCD also reviews Army doctrine on behalf of the JAG Corps, and provides the intellectual foundation and disciplined approach to design, develop, and field a JAG Corps that is ready to support the future warfighter.
