Matt Davies is a San Diego based Broker and Investor. After studying Jazz Trumpet Performance and touring with the likes of John Legend and Macy Gray, he started bartending at a local spot in La Jolla. When noticing the nice cars and flexible schedules of his customers, he learned that many of them were successful through Real Estate, and decided to jump in the industry as well. He lives by the concept of 'going deep, not wide', and has become known as the 'North Park Whisperer', and is an expert in this neighborhood. Matt uses his earnings from the Brokerage arm and the Flipping arm to fund his goals of continuing to acquire properties for long term and short term rentals.
