When I discovered The Gene Keys Activation Sequence, I was blown away by how beautifully I was guided to introspect my life and turn my shadows into my greatest strengths through the art of contemplation.

Today I have invited another friend and mastermind partner to the podcast, Anne Cecilie Storli. She is a fellow coach, working with people who suffer from ME, to help them recover and live a healthy life.

She’s also from Norway, and is a very caring and supportive young lady, deeply interested in people’s well-being and growth. She has a unique ability to make you feel safe and understood.

The most important thing for Anne Cecilie is to help people out of their pain as she did for herself years ago. And that journey started with accepting that she was sick, and from that acceptance, she made her non-negotiable decision to become healthy and wholly recovered from her disease.

We can only focus on the next step that is right in front of us when we live in pain. Visioning a brighter future from your current situation is absent, you can’t hold it; and in the beginning you don’t believe it. But then you have the glimpses of hope infront of you, and you walk boldly step by step on your healing journey, and you feel your entire life starts to change.

Today I want to share a really important topic for our life and well-being.

Love yourself. Deeply. Unconditionally.

Self-love is to remember who you truly are, dear divine creation, and what precious “once-in-a-lifetime cosmic event” you are, born in such a time as this to fulfill your unique role as a human being.

When you, your soul, start to remember who you are, when you start to love yourself and your life, you open up to a much deeper level of alignment and appreciation for the beautiful creation that you are, and your eyes open up to see everyone and everything around you as love, light, and abundance.

It’s like the still water of the lake that reflects all the beauty around it. So do you when the mind gets still, it will reflect the beauty of the true Self. and when that happens, you suddenly start seeing all the beauty around you and become amazed by how everything is connected and in symbiosis, that you and everything are one and, at the same time, so unique, so precious.

You start to realize that becoming more You is the greatest gift you can give to the world, and you no longer worry about fitting in, but you embrace your uniqueness and weirdness, and you love being that kind of person, no hiding, no apologizing, no worry. Nothing that takes away your newfound inner peace and inner power.

You realize that there is actually no lack, life is abundant, and you feel abundant within like your cup is overflowing with gratitude, awe, and happiness. So much love is pouring out of you when you can start to love yourself first.

And you become magnetic, your aura is loaded with high-frequency energy.
