Emily Griesing is the Chief Strategy Officer of Bossible, where she handles client management and leads internal marketing and business development efforts. Emily is a skilled marketing and business development professional with a passion for propelling organizations and professionals forward. She crafts custom strategies that grow clients’ reputations in a crowded and competitive marketplace, with a particular aptitude for reaching Millennials and Gen Zs. She advises clients on how to create and amplify a unique brand voice in order to stand out, reach their target audience, and scale their businesses. Previously, Emily worked in market research at several agencies where she consulted Fortune 500 companies and large nonprofit organizations on how to solve their business challenges and expand their offerings. Throughout her career, she has worked with clients in a wide range of industries including arts and entertainment, consumer products, consulting, education, healthcare, legal services, marketing and branding, media and technology, real estate, and science and engineering, among others. At Bossible, Emily builds brand awareness and reputation as well as drives new business through strategic partnerships, speaking and writing engagements, public relations campaigns, and award nominations. Additionally, Emily implements Bossible’s own digital marketing strategy by managing its online presence including the website, social media, and BossBlog newsletter. Outside of Bossible, Emily writes and speaks on topics related to marketing, business development, corporate culture, and entrepreneurship for various business outlets. As a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), she has spoken on how businesses can thrive in the digital economy, including throughout the pandemic. Emily also served on the editorial board for Strategies magazine, the trade publication for the Legal Marketing Association (LMA). Emily is the recipient of Family Business Magazine’s NextGens to Watch, awarded to accomplished young people who represent the second through the sixth generations of family businesses.
