    Being an empath is like having a built-in superpower for understanding and connecting with others on a deep level. However, without the right tools it can be overwhelming. This episode is helpful for you to learn how to develop your own tools and practices.

    Effective Strategies:

    1. Ground yourself and your energy.

    2. Protect your energy or shielding. Golden clock of light.

    3. Emotional detachment.

    4. Limit or be mindful of exposure. Watch for energy suckers.

    5. Practice mindfulness and self-awareness.

    6. Use visualization techniques.

    7. Set healthy boundaries. This is often one of the most challenging lessons for empaths - learn to say no without feeling guilty, and have sturdy, clear boundaries, it's a full body yes or full body no there is no in-between.

    8. Develop emotional resilience. Strengthen your own emotional well-being, emotional intelligence and self-awareness.

    9. Release absorbed energy. This is also so helpful and important for empaths, if you have absorbed someone else's energy are you aware of what that feels like? Can you ask - is this energy or feeling mine? What does a yes feel like? What does a no feel like? When it is not your energy how can you release it?

    10. Surround yourself with good energy. Your vibe attracts your tribe, be mindful. Seek out uplifting environments, calming activities or find your soul family.

    If you don't have your people yet don't worry, just begin to actively start seeking out what you desire in a relationship or community. Be the energy that you want to attract in. Own your weight and wear it proud, be yourself, take the mask off. Own who you are and be brave enough to show up fully regardless of who likes it or not. It's not your job to worry about what other people think. It's your job to work on your energy, healing, and personal growth.

    Notice patterns within yourself. How do you feel in crowds? Are there things that help? Are there places or people who consistently make you feel a certain way? What is your body trying to tell you?

    When you work with being an empath you will understand your heightened awareness can help you increase your intuition and your clairsenses. You can use these abilities to help you in your everyday life. Empaths are the healers, leaders, visionaries, the change-makers, the helpers. Do you feel called to help others? What gift do you feel like you are meant to share with the world? What is holding you back?

    Be mindful of the fear cycle that is trying to stop the helpers and healers, You can't heal yourself or help others from a place of fear.
