Interested in learning more about what gentle parenting is but don't know where to start? Start here! I found that there was a ton of information about what gentle parenting is but not enough about what it LOOKS like. In this episode, I use personal anecdotes to describe what gentle parenting looks like in contrast to "old school parenting". Also, as promised, I've linked some resources to help you on your gentle parenting journey.

  • People Are Products of Their Childhood Conditioning
    2022/07/14
In this episode, I'll discuss how our parents’ parenting led to the coping skills, personality traits, and maladaptive thinking patterns we experience in adulthood. I'm NOT bashing parents in this episode, I promise! I am hoping to simply raise awareness about how we became who we are today so we can use this knowledge to find healing and become better versions of ourselves. Happy healing!
