    In this episode, I’m joined by Sara Young, Director of Changing Minds with Pick Up a Penny and Charlotte McGregor, one of our Sales and Marketing consultants at Weir Insurance Ltd.

    We’re going to be discussing biofeedback. Biofeedback is a pioneering training process that can enable the control of physiological systems that are normally considered involuntary, such as breathing, muscle tension, blood pressure and heart rate.

    We’ll be talking about Charlotte’s experience of doing Biofeedback with Sara and her team and what the benefits have been. They’ll be chatting about how it works, what it allows you to do to reduce stress, and why Charlotte thinks it should be taught to everyone in primary schools.
