  • Real men don't cry, be a man - mental health and therapy
    2022/12/27

In the second to last episode for the season we discuss mental health. During the holiday season this is an important conversation to have with yourself and your loved ones. This is in memory of Stephen Boss aka Twitch.

In this episode we discuss mental health issues and therapy. Men are taught to hide their emotions and to tough it out when life throws curves. Therapy is a tool that many can use to help them get through the rough times in their lives, but there is a stigma associated with it. We will share information we have found on this subject and discuss how we have used therapy in our lives.
