Norma, 74- the legendary designer and one of the earliest champions of wellness and the importance of having a healthy immune system. She innovated the cutout bathing suit, the sleeping bag coat, developed her clean skin care line in the early 1990s, and then opened her wellness cafe in NYC in 2001 putting her at the forefront of what is now a global movement for healthy living. We learn how she feels about beauty today, how that has changed, the negative effects of social media, and of course her thoughts on ageism being the most raw of the isms. We learn about how her routines have evolved with age, and how important authenticity is, versus covering up who we are.
