Justin R. Zinzow is a cowboy at heart, a businessman by passion, and a lawyer by profession. Hailing from a small cattle and horse farm in Upstate New York, Justin’s journey has been defined by hard work, entrepreneurship, and a deep love for American values. From his teens, he immersed himself in farming and livestock while nurturing his entrepreneurial spirit, founding his first business at 16. His unwavering patriotism led him into civic and political engagement, eventually culminating in a career as a lawyer specializing as a Board-Certified Construction Expert.

Today, as the CEO of Zinzow Law, Justin leads a team dedicated to serving those who build America. With a focus on the construction and development industry, Justin and his team provide comprehensive legal and business solutions, leveraging over 115 years of combined experience. Justin’s real-world background in construction and business enables him to serve as a trusted counselor, often operating as a General Counsel for his clients.

Outside the courtroom, Justin is an avid explorer, finding solace in the wilderness and embracing the thrill of horsepower and gunpowder. His commitment to community service is evident through his involvement with the Shriner organization, where he upholds the values of charity, morality, and brotherly love.

John (JC) Hudgison is a native of Columbus, Georgia. He advanced his education by attending and graduating from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Architecture & Design (B. Arch), and is scheduled to attain a Master’s in Public Administration (MPA) from Troy University in 2022. JC is currently the Construction Services Center Manager and Chief Building Official for the City of

Tampa, FL. Prior to working for the City of Tampa, John worked for the Columbus Consolidated Government in Columbus GA and John I Rivers Associates as an Architecture Intern.

John has more than 13 years of experience in the fields of architecture, building code, construction, and construction management. In the ten years of service to the Columbus Consolidated Government, he managed numerous projects including new public buildings, streetscape improvements, and a wide range of renovation and rehab projects at various scale. JC has also demonstrated keen skills at introducing innovative processes to improve service delivery to the public. JC has progressively taken on new roles and responsibilities at the department and tackled numerous special projects spanning other service areas of the City. Most recently, JC served as Director of Building Inspections and Code Enforcement where he directed the plan review and inspections program relative to the construction as well as Property Maintenance and Special Enforcement Divisions.

JC has received his Certified Building Official (CBO) certification from the International Code Council (ICC), is an associate member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and is a licensed Building Code Administrator through the State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR). In his commitment to building design and safety, He previously served on the board of the Building Officials Association of Georgia (BOAG), Department of Community Affairs (DCA) 2018 International Building Code Task Force, the AIA Georgia Board and still active on the ICC Emerging Leaders Membership Council (ELMC).

David joined Guignard Company in 2021 and is Vice-President of its Tampa office. Introduced to surety as a college student when he was hired by a Tampa bond agency, David has developed a reputation for hard work, strong ethics, and being a tireless supporter of the construction industry. During his 25+ year career, David has worked with all types and sizes of contractors. From startups with first-time bond requests to established companies with multi-million-dollar bonds and work programs, David has pretty much seen it all. David is heavily involved in the Associated Builders and Contractors, serving as Director on both National and State Boards and as Chair Elect of the Florida Gulf Coast ABC Chapter. With deep roots in the Tampa area, David is an active member of his community and is an avid sports fan. While he has many passions, none are stronger than being a father to his two children and being actively involved with them in their extracurricular activities.
