At the age of eight years old Bob Lenarduzzi could be found behind the net interestingly enough, racing after soccer balls before they’d hit the busy street behind the pitch, while his brothers played. Fast forward to one of the most eventful life journey’s I am fortunate to share with you on the Hooked On Habits podcast, and now Bob has been nearly four decades with Major League Soccer team the Whitecaps. Excelling as a player, coach, general manager, director of soccer operations, president, and now club liaison. This year he’ll celebrate 40 years of marriage with his wife. He’s a loving dad to his two kids, their spouses, and is now a grandfather!
Bob’s story if one of never giving up, what it was like playing overseas for England’s Reading team at 15 years old, the Olympics, World Cup, and 312 games with the Whitecaps. It wasn’t always an easy ride for Bob, he stuck to what he knew he was best at even at the hardest of times, and always had his family values at his core.
